Oh man, does this mean I’ll soon get locked out in inclement weather and end up working in the food service industry? Because I think I’d rather just stay in the rain than deal with customers.

i always assumed it was because i grew up in a city that i felt the need to lock-up all the time, even when i’m home. i thought maybe folks who grew up in small towns and such didn’t do that. i need to make a poll.
He didn’t even grow up in a small town, though! And even if he had, he’s lived the last 3 years in NYC, so really, no excuses whatsoever. Doesn’t everyone lock up? Especially when they’re home? Or do break-ins not happen in other places? It’s been about 2 hours since I got home, too, so he didn’t just run down to the garage or whatever. He definitely left.
